"Miss Ethel Myrtle Morgan, 63, of Lincoln,
Rt 2, died at 3 p.m. Thursday at Citizen's
Hospital, Talladega, after a short illness.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m.
Saturday at Gray Brown-Service Chapel with
the Rev. Charles Terry officiating. Burial
and graveside will be held at 1:30 p.m. at
Elmwood Cemetery, Birmingham.
A Native of Calhoun County, Miss Morgan
had resided in Lincoln for the past 22 years.
She served as Secretary-treasurer of the
Sam L Houston, Co, Talladega. She was
a Methodist.
Survivors include three aunts, Mrs. J.W. Watson
of Auburn, Mrs. Hattie Savage of Chattanooga,
Tenn., and Mrs. Sam Morgan of Anniston.
Pallbearers will be Carroll Watson, Otis
Champion, Watson Smith, John Morgan, James
North Smith and Joe Morgan."
