19,1998, at Ness County Long Term Care
Center, Ness City.
She was born March 18, 1910, at Bazlne,
the daughter of Henry and Mollie Fritzler
Schenkel.
A lifetime Bazlne resident until she entered
the Long Term Care Center at Ness City
in 1995.
She was a homemaker and a teacher.
She belonged to United Methodist Church,
United Methodist Women, Golden Years, and
was a past president of United Methodist
Women, all at Bazine.
On June 1, 1932, she married Victor Dewald
at Bazlne. He died Aug. 7, 1982
.
Survivors include: a daughter, Janet Johnson,
Ness City; a brother-in-law, Harold Hoersch,
San Diego; a sister-in-law, Mildred Schenkel,
Newton; and many nephews and nieces.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at
United Methodist Church, Bazlne, with the
Revs. Glenn and Barbara Patterson presiding.
Burial will be in Bazlne Cemetery. Memorials
may be sent to the church in care of Fitzgerald
Funeral Home, Ness City.
