Mr. Muscovitz was a lifelong resident of Lowell. He was a graduate of Lowell High school and was also educated at RETS Electronics Institute.
He served in the National Guard in the 1960s.
Mr. Muscovitz worked as a technician at Raytheon for 45 years. For over 25 years, he served the City of Lowell as a Constable and Justice of the Peace.
He was a member of Board of Directors at Montefiore Synagogue and Montefiore Cemetery Committee, and was formerly a member of Temple Beth El.
Mr. Muscovitz was the devoted father of Sharon and Denis Corbeil, Iris and Steven Lee, Gail Muscovitz and Robert Dowd and Linda & David Troy. He was the cherished grandfather of Jeffrey, Samantha, Jessica, Taylor, and Matthew; and proud great-grandfather of Tyler and Abigail. He was also the dear brother of Faith Guest, Sherman, Arnold and Harvey Muscovitz, and the late Ruth St. Onge.
