He died Saturday, May 11, 2013 in Upper Sandusky.
He was born July 24, 1954 in Kenton to the late Milton and Jacqueline (Britton) Craig Sr. On April 12, 2003 he married Gloria J. Sparling and she survives in Marion.
Also surviving are three children, Nathan (Christy) Craig and Jessica (Matt) Thompson, both of Ridgeway and Nicole (Nick) Stuck of Mount Victory; three step-children, Jason (Heather) Willey of Columbus, Kristi (Gary) Knapp of Marion and Kelli McKinnis of Dallas, Texas; 11 grandchildren; two brothers, Michael (Sandy) Craig of Ridgeway and Mark Craig of Findlay; two sisters, Melissa Tewers of Findlay and Molly (AJ) Gallo of Ridgeway and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bill was employed for 22 years at Marion County Juvenile Detention Center in the maintenance department.
He was a member of Richland Road Church of Christ, an avid golfer, loved the Cincinnati Reds and for many years was a coach for baseball, softball and football at Ridgemont Schools.
