Clyde Eugene Gross, age 84, passed away on June 18, 2013 at the Ness County Hospital, Ness City.
He was born on June 26, 1928 on the farm Southwest of Bazine the son of Henry and Mary Kuehn Gross.
He was a carpenter, a United States Navy Veteran having served on the USS Newport News, and a member of the First Baptist Church, Ness City.
He married Emagene Mauch in 1957. He later married Mae Allen in 1972
Clyde is survived by his son Terrance Gross (Ruthie), Great Bend; two daughters, Susan Frusher (Tom) and Cynthia Reinert (Mike) all of Ness City; one brother, Vernon Gross; 10 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Mae, two sisters, Virginia and Darlene and brothers, Robert, Donald, Gene, and Bill.
Graveside inurnment service will be on Tuesday, June 25, 2013, 10:00 A.M. at the Bazine cemetery, Bazine, Kansas with military graveside rites by the Bazine American Legion Olin Cole Post 392.
