Julie was the daughter of Lewis and Ruth (Tallmadge) Mittness. She lived in Janesville Wisconsin all her life. She attended Craig High School and graduated from Blackhawk Tech in 1988. Julie was killed on Mother's Day in a motorcycle accident. She left behind 2 children (ages 5 and nine months), her parents and 2 sisters. Her parents raised her two children after she died. She will always be remembered as a loving mother, sister, daughter and friend. Rest in peace forever Julie.
