Mrs. Henry M. Lee
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Anne Lee of Birmingham were held Thursday afternoon, August 15th, at the Third Presbyterian Church with the Rev. James Cantrell and Dr. F. Alfred Mathes officiating. Interment was in Elmwood cemetery with deacons of the church acting as pallbearers.
Mrs. Lee, a native of Birmingham and daughter of Judge Roger Snyder, well known attorney and the late Mrs. Snyder, was the wife of Henry M. Lee, a former Winonan. Mrs. Lee who was 33 years of age was a graduate of Ramsay High School and attended Agnes Scott College. She had been ill several years.
Besides her husband and father, she leaves two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Keith of Birmingham and Mrs. Sarah Watkins of Dothan, Alabama.
