Funeral services for Stanley Orren Walker will be conducted Friday at 1 p.m. in the Ogden 10th Ward Chapel, 1634 Kiesel Ave., with Bishop Orson Hinton of the Ogden 10th Ward officiating. Family will meet friends this evening from 6 to 8 at the Chapel of Flowers Mortuary and Friday one hour prior to services at the church. Interment in the Aultorest Memorial Park.

Stanley Orren Walker, 20, of 1607 Kiesel, died Monday night of gunshot wounds. Mr. Walker was born March 19, 1954, in Ogden, a son of Orren William and Joyce Weaver Walker. He was reared and educated in Ogden and graduated from Ben Lomond High School. He had attended Weber State College in 1973. He was an elder in the Ogden 10th LDS Ward and was basketball coach for the ward. He was also activity coordinator in the Mutual Improvement Association (MIA). He was a salesman for the Hi-Fi Shop. Surviving are his parents of Ogden; one brother, Lynn M. Walker, Ogden; a grandmother, Mrs. Ruth Weaver, Ogden; a great-grandmother, Mrs. Adell Hansen, Ogden. Funeral Services will be announced by Chapel of Flowers Mortuary.
