John Edward Six, 36, of 112 West Cherry avenue, Washington, died at the Washington Hospital Saturday, March 19, 1955 after a lingering illness.
Born Nov. 2, 1918 in Gilmore Township, he was the son of the late Charles Six and Cecil Marie Shriver Six, who survives. Also surviving is his wife, Ruby Campbell Six. He formerly worked at Ambridge and Washington doing street work. He had spent most of his life in Jollytown.
He was a member of the Jollytown Methodist Church.
Also surviving are two children, Charles, 12, and Beverly, 7, both at home. One brother and a sister also survive. They are Fred Six, of Jollytown; and Mrs. Mildred Kirkpatrick of Uniontown.
