Norfolk Virginian Pilot Saturday March 20, 1937

Mrs. Sarah Willard Jones Lloyd, widow of Angus McNeill Lloyd and daughter of the late William Rodney and Mrs. W. Ann Jones, died Thursday evening at 6:15 o'clock at Syracuse, N.Y. Mrs. Lloyd, a native and former resident of Norfolk, had for the past 25 years been a resident of New Jersey and New York State. She is survived by one son, Grenville Bomar Lloyd; two grandchildren, Grenville Bomar Lloyd, Jr., and Hazel Lloyd; three sisters, Mrs. George E. Bowden, of Norfolk; Mrs. Annie M. Lane, of Cliffside Park, N.J., and Mrs. Margaret E. Holmes, of Norfolk; one brother, Elias G. Jones, of Miami, Fla., and a number of nieces and nephews. Services will be held at H.D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 610-612 East Freemason Street, tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in Elmwood Cemetery.
