Adah was married to Frank Lynn Hathaway (he is also memorialized at findagrave.com). She was a college graduate. She and Frank had three daughters: Dorothy, Frances, and Helen. She was was my great-grandmother and unfortunately, she died just before I was born. I have met several people who knew her and they all said she was nice and loved her family, especially her grandchildren. My Aunt Adah, her namesake, told me that Grandma Hathaway made the best donuts a person could eat. I still go to Chanute and take care of her and Frank's graves for my grandmother, her daughter Dorothy who has also died.
