Wife of J.F. Brown
Aged 44 years
--
The many acquaintances of the family were shocked to hear of the death of Mrs. J. F Brown on Friday evening last. She had been ailing for some time but her friends nor herself did not think that she was dangerously ill. She went about the house and frequently rode out till within two days of her death, which was caused, so the physician report, by diabetes. Mrs. Brown was greatly beloved by those who knew her; a kind mother and loving wife, and she will be sadly missed by her large circle of aequaintances. She leaves three children, aged respectively seven, eleven, and sixteen years of age. The stroke is a terrible one to them and her husband. The funeral will take place today from the family residence, corner of Welton and Fourteenth streets at 2 p. m.
