Lydia Allmendinger Service Scheduled Mrs. Rudolf (Lydia) Allmendinger, 75, Halliday, died Tuesday evening at the Baptist Home in Bismarck. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Halliday, and burial will be made at Halliday Cemetery. The Rev. Edward Leivestad will officiate, and pallbearers will be William Bohrer, Gust Weisenburger, Elmer Wolff, Rudolph Kisse, Bernard Lang, and William Allmendinger. Mrs. Allmendinger, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Meissel, was born in South Russia on Aug. 29, 1898, and came to this country with her parents in 1905. The family settled in Mannhaven, north of Hazen, and later moved to a farm north of Hallidey, where Mrs. Allmendinger was raised. She married Rudolf Allmendinger in Dodge on March 22, 1916, and they farmed near Halliday until 1928, when they moved into town. For the past four years, Mrs. Allmendinger had lived at the Baptist Home in Bismarck. She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Halliday. She leaves her widower; one son, Donald, Bismarck; two daughters, Mrs. Herbert (Hulda) Kisse, Taylor, and Mrs. Walter (Viola) Weisenburger, Bismarck; six grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren; one brother, William, Golden Valley, and two sisters, Mrs. Louise Mit-telsteadt, Bismarck Baptist Home, and Mrs. Amelia Tschaekofske, Pioneer Retirement Home, Hazen. Mrs. Allmendinger also leaves four half-brothers, Herbert Meissel, Glendive, Mont.; Elmer Meissel, Halliday; Helmuth Meissel, Culbertson, Mont., and Walter Meissel, Minot, and four half-sisters, Mrs. Jacob Harsch, Pick City; Mrs. Theodore Reinhardt, Minot; Mrs. Ervin Kuester, Bozeman, Mont., and Mrs. John Neal, Pierce, Fla. (Aarthun Funeral Home, Beulah).
