John N. Bishop has been granted a
decree of divorce from his wife,
Rebecca Bishop, in the Cass circuit court.
The plaintiff resides ar Burnettsville
and charged in his complaint that his
better half abandoned him and eloped
with another man, with whom she is
alleged to be living at Marion. The
custody of their two minor children
was given to the wife until the further
orders of the court.
