Mrs. Iva Hood was a retired nurse with the Veterans Administration and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Tifton.
She was survived by one brother, Shaffer Hood of Indiana; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Homer Hood and Mrs. Ledford Hood of Tifton; and several nieces and nephews.
Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals was in charge of arrangements.
