Marlene's death certificate says that the family lived in Conquerall Bank and that she was buried there. If Cecil and June lived with June's parents for a time after marriage before settling in Upper LaHave, that could be possible that she was buried in the Rodenhizer family plot, and the child's name on this stone could have been added as a memorial when Brenton died rather than her actual burial location. That creates some uncertainty about the actual location of Marlene's burial.
