Donald Roy Lippencott, aged 16 years, 11 months and 22 days, son of Mrs. Mary Braden Lippencott and the late Jesse D. Lippencott, died at his home in East Franklin street Thursday mornng, Oct. 5, 1944, at 12:03 o'clock after an illness of several months. He was a student in Waynesburg High School until taken ill.
He was born Oct. 13, 1927, in Morrisville and was a member of the Morrisville Methodist Church. Besides his mother, he leaves two sisters and three brothers: Elsie Lippencott, at home; Mrs. Thomas Grable, Jr., of Waynesburg; Kenneth Lippencott, at home; Cpl. Robert M. Lippencott, in France, and Pvt. Ralph Lippencott, with the U.S. Army on Guam.
