Mrs. Roy Severson Funeral Held November 22

Funeral services for Mrs. Roy Severson, 59, who died Saturday, November 20 were held Monday, November 22 at Deer Creek Lutheran church, Carpenter, with the Rev. Robert Lehmann officiating.

Mabel (Greiner) Severson, the daughter of P.E. and Cora Greiner, was born October 3, 1906 at Floris, Davis County, Iowa.

She was married to Roy Severson March 23, 1935. To this union four sons were born: Richard, Ronald, Verlin and Samuel. Mrs. Severson is survived by her husband and sons, eight grandchildren, also 13 brothers and sisters: Louis V. of Oklahoma City, Okla , William R. of Osage, Joe L. of Coos Bay, Ore., Inez Huber of Oklahoma City, Okla., Robert L. of Lyle, Verlin P. of HoldenviUe, Okla., James E. of, Tim Halvorson; Mason City, Ruth Belz of St. Ansgar, Hazel Petznick of Hixton, Wis., Mae Petznick of Plymouth, Fae Severson of Lake North, Fla., Dorothy Hulshizer of Gays Mills, Wis., and Louise Kirchgatter of St. Ansgar.

Mrs. Severson was a member of Deer Creek Lutheran church. Burial was at Woodbury cemetery.
