Survivors include two sisters, Connie Beach and Sandra Head; and five brothers, Rocky Head, Wendell Leslie Head, Richard Head, Benny Head and Bradley Head.
Services: 1 p.m. Saturday at Church of God of Prophecy, Sturgis. Burial: Oak Grove Cemetery, Blackford. Visitation: After 10 a.m. Saturday at the church. Memorial contributions: Johnny C. Head Memorial Fund, c/o Vanover Funeral Home, Clay.
