Published in The Courier-Journal, Louisville, Ky., Saturday, January 23, 1909 - Prominent Woman Dies. Bardwell, Ky., Jan. 22. - Mrs. Fannie Ray, wife of County Judge W. C. Ray. died yesterday afternoon after an illness of a few days.
Mrs. Ray had been suffering with pleurisy for several days, but until a few minutes before her death she was thought to be recovering.
She was the mother of John W. Ray, of Frankfort and James B. Ray, an attorney of Louisville.
