Mary Ann "Annie" Warden was born on the 24th of September 1827, in Montgomery County, Virginia. She married John Stover, Jr., of Clear Fork, Fayette County, on the 6th of March 1848. John Stover (1826-1900) is son of John Stover, Sr. and Nancy Harper. Annie died on the 14th of September 1911, and is buried in the Stover Cemetery at John's Creek (Spruce Mountain).
