RICHARD W. RINGER, 69, 15 S. Potomac St., died Tuesday morning in the Western Maryland Center. Born in Hagerstown, he was a son of Howard and Ida Piernell Ringer. He was the husband of the late Naomi Ringer.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Richard Schaff, Hagerstown; son, Richard A. Ringer, Indiana; brother, Jack Ringer, Hagerstown; two sisters, Mrs. Agatha Shaffer, Ft. Loudon, Pa.; and Mrs. Dorothy Ralston, Baltimore County; and five grandchildren.
Services were held at the Rest Haven Funeral Home. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
