William E. Shemberger

July 10, 1925 - Dec. 11, 1993

PLYMOUTH -- William E. Shemberger, 68, of 19465 Quince Road, died at 3:36 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph's Hospital of Marshall County of an apparent Heart attack. Mr. Shemberger was a former band director at Martinsville and Plymouth high schools. He was owner operator of Shemberger Music Store from 1952 to 1972. He was then a sales representative for Bornemann Products, Bremen. He was born July 10, 1925, in Elkhart, and resided in Plymouth since 1950. On Oct. 24, 1949, in Bremen, he married Marybelle Haab. She survives will a daughter, Sue Stubbs of Humble, Texas; two sons, Ned W. of Plynmouth and Steven C. of Orlando, Fla., and two grandsons. He was a graduate of DePaw University School of Music in 1949. He was a member of Delta Tau Delta.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will be in New Oak Hill Mausoleum. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to any charity.
