Jeffrey Trail was a naval lieutenant who had completed a five-year hitch and was currently working as a manager at a propane company. Jeff graduated in 1991 from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis and served in the Gulf War. He had a virtue about him; it was a genuineness that cannot be bought. Jeff was often referred to as one of the good guys. He was hardworking and family oriented. Jeff was relaxed and fun loving. He was a great cook and enjoyed karaoke. Jeff also had a serious side and was extremely responsible and conservative. He is loved and missed by many. Jeff was murdered by Andrew Cunanan.
