William Garner was executed for the death of 5 children in a Ohio apparent fire on Jan. 26, 1992 (only 1 child made it out a life).
He had stolen the key the victim's home while she was in the hospital. He admitted to the fire starting by him, but claimed he 'thought the kids would escape'
