Holly Springs, Miss., Dec. 12 - The funeral of Mrs. Mary L. Walthall, widow of the late Senator E. C. Walthall, took place this afternoon at 2 o'clock from Christ church. Service by Rev. Stephen H. Greene, dean of St. Mary's cathedral, Memphis, and Rev. P. G. Scars, rector of Christ church, Mrs. Walthall died in Memphis Saturday and her remains were brought here this morning to be laid by those of her husband.
