Sarah Halsey, Daughter of Judge Benjamin Halsey & his 1st Wife Sarah Prudden. John & Sarah were parents of four i.e., Anne (also called "Nancy"), Mary, John, and Ephraim. In addition to being Sarah's Husband, John was his Wife's Step-Brother i.e., the son of Benjamin Halsey's 3rd Wife Sarah (Rainor) Lindsley, Widow of Captain John Lindsley. (ref.
