Michael Lynn Canova

Michael was born September 3, 1950 in Modesto, CA, to Treba and D.C. "Doc" Canova. He lived most of his life in Imperial, CA. He passed away March 21, 2007 in Yuma, Arizona at the age of 56.

He attended schools in Imperial, CA and worked for Valley Auto Supply, Central Motors - Parts Department and Charles Dessert in farming operations. Michael enjoyed fishing, off-roading in the desert and being with his children and family.

A memorial service is planned for Saturday, April 28 at 12:00 at Evergreen Cemetery with Dwaine Canova officiating.

He was preceded in death by his father, D.C. "Doc" Canova and his mother, Treba Canova.

Michael is survived by his daughter, Michelle Canova; son, Michael S. Canova; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dwaine and Janet Canova, and Gary and Virginia Canova; granddaughter, Ashley Canova; nieces, Laura Whitson, Heather Gazda and Amy Rubal; nephews, Ryan Canova, Stephen Canova and Steven Wells.
