Herman F. Schultz, 56, route 1, died in Mercy hospital Monday morning.

He was born in Butternut, Oct. 27, 1879 and married Annie Bienash, town of Center, Nov. 8, 1902. He had resided in Rock county since his marriage.

Besides his wife, he is survived by right sons, Arnold, Floyd, and Robert, at home, Carl and Ernest, town of Center, Herman, Edgerton, Lawrence, Fulton, and Malcolm Schultz, Orfordville; three daughters, Mrs. Arnold Clements, Janesville, Mrs. Robert Scholz, Orfordville and Alberta Schultz, at home; and 12 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in a funeral home at 15 North Jackson street. Burial will be in Fassett cemetery, Edgerton.
