Preceding him in death were his wife Vera Norris; Son Waddie Norris, JR; father Hales Norris; mother Willie Norris; 2 brothers; and 3 sisters.
Left to cherish his memory are his sons Billy Norris, Sr. and wife Catherine of LeCompte, LA and Bobby Norris, Sr. and wife Geraldine of Coushatta, LA; daughters Rebecca Juneau of Bunkie, LA and Rhonda Henry Coushatta, LA; sisters JoAnn Harmon of Bossier City, LA and Elizabeth Emory of Bismarck, AR; brother Grover Norris of Cheneyville, LA; 14 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
