Orlando S. McMillan, 72, of Burns, died Sunday, Sept. 10, 1939, at Hornell. He had been in poor health for several years. A native of Dalton, he had resided in Hornell before moving to Burns. He was a former conductor on the Allegany Division of the Erie Railroad. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Sarah Cline McMillan; two sons, Dr. Hugh McMillan of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Ralph J. McMillan of Binghamton; four brothers, Frank and John McMillan of Los Angeles, Cal., Irving McMillan of Wichita, Kas., and Edwin McMillan of Hurricane, Ala.; a sister Mrs. Rachel Averill of Los Angeles.
