Born in Albany, New York, Mrs. Naleid moved to the Melbourne area over 30 years ago from Colorado Springs, CO.
She was a homemaker and served the Brevard Museum of Arts and Science as a Docent and served at Arlington National Cemetery as a Grey Lady representing the Air Force for over 25 years.
She was predeceased by her husband, Col. Jerome Naleid, USAF, retired. Mrs. Naleid is survived by two sons, Michael (Lucinda) Naleid and David (Flor Vargas) Naleid; three daughters, Kathleen (Andrew) Goodson, Barbara (David) Papile and Anne (Lt. Col. Christian) Haliday; a sister, Barbara Vucanovich; brothers, Col. Peter Farrell US Army retired, and Stephen Farrell; and eight grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:45 p.m., Monday, December 5, 2005, at the Ft. Meyer Chapel, Arlington, VA, with interment to follow immediately at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, VA. Florida Memorial Funeral Home has been entrusted with all arrangements.
