Chad Anthony Stefanakis died tragically on Saturday, October 15, 2005, age 24, of Allentown; father of Kaylin; beloved son of Stephanie J. (Aleck) and the late Richard Allen Stefanakis; brother of Crystal; grandson of Theodore and Miriam (Theakston) Aleck and the late George and Norma J. (Fish) Stefanakis; also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Friends will be received Thursday only, 2-4, 6-8pm in the Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home, 500 Greenfield Ave, where funeral services will be held on Friday at 12 noon.
