Services for Mrs. Annette Yde Lake, 78, retired concert singer and teacher and mother of actress Ann Sothern, will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in the Chapel of the Psalms, Hollywood Memorial Park, followed by interment in Hollywood Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Lake, a native of Denmark and California resident for 34 years, died Thursday at her home, 1813 Pandora Ave. Survivors include two other daughters, Mrs. Marion Tetley and Miss Bonnie Lake, and two grandchildren. Cunningham & O'Connor Hollywood Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
