Joseph Allen "Joe" Clement, Sr. of Tifton died Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at Memory Care By The Bay Assisted Living in Tampa, Florida.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 28, 2014, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with burial to follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 27, 2014, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bowedn-Donaldson Home for Funerals.

Among his survivors is his son, Stephen Clement.
