Agnes Ann Hyer McNabb was born November 12, 1920 in Fort Worth, Texas.

She was the daughter of the late Judge Julien C. Hyer and Agnes Rebecca Barnhart Hyer.

Preceded in death by her husband, Andrew John McNabb.

She was a graduate of Arlington Heights High School in Fort Worth and attended Southwestern University and Southern Methodist University.

She served as an U.S. Army nurse's aide in Connecticut, New Mexico and Oklahoma.

She served in the American Red Cross in South Korea.

Agnes loved to sing in the Chancel Choir at Ridgewood Park United Methodist Church. Considered a prayer warrior by all, she started the Prayer Fellowship at Ridgewood Park.

She is survived by sons: Andrew McNabb and wife Sharon of Lake Jackson, Texas; Rev. Peter McNabb and wife Daria of Irving; and John McNabb of Dallas; sisters: Martha Hyer Wallis and Jeanne Carroll, both of Santa Fe, N.M.; granddaughters: Jennifer McNabb of Austin; and Kristin McNabb of Dallas; grandsons: Reagan McNabb and Austin McNabb, both of Irving.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m., Monday March 31 at Ridgewood Park United Methodist Church, 6445 E. Lovers Lane, Dallas, Texas 75214.

Service will be at 11 a.m. at Ridgewood Park UMC.

Interment will be at 12:30 p.m. at Restland in the Garden of the Good Shepherd.

Memorials are encouraged to Ridgewood Park united Methodist church or the Charity of your choice.
