Illene was the daughter of William Dillard and Virgie (Loudermilk) Dillard. She attended school to Tushka, OK and later attended SOSU where she received her Associates Degree. She was a retired dietician. She worked for the Department of Correction, and Corp of Engineers. She married George Bicknell on October 7, 1951, at Sherman, TX. Illene went to The Southside Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Tommy Bicknell; and brothers, Joe and Lester Dillard.
