Funeral services for Henry Marshall LaMasters,67, former Nashville railroad man who died Friday afternoon at home in Detroit following several months' illness, will be held at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon at the Rains-Pettus funeral home with the Rev,. E. Floyd Olive officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, services at the grave will be conducted by Rachel Jackson Council No.of the Daughters of America. Pallbearers will be the drill team of the Richland Council No. 16, Jr. O.U.A.M. Mr. LaMasters was born and reared in Nashville. After working with a local railroad for a number of years. he went to Detroit.He was a member of the D. of A, and O.U.A. M. survivors are his wife Lena Tassey LaMasters of Detroit,a son Lon LaMasters,Detroit, two daughters, Mrs. Mamie Tucker of Walton,Kentucky.,and Mrs. Clarence Reynolds of Nashville, and two Step-sons, Clyde Buterbaugh of Old Hickory,Tn. and Frank Buterbaugh of Detroit. Henry's first wife was Julia Smith, who died from an accidental gunshot in June 1920.
