Major League Baseball Player. Outfield for the 1910 Chicago Cubs for the first game of the season and traded to the Boston baseball organization. In 1911, Honus Wagner beat him by a point for the league batting title with a .334 average. He was dealt to the Philadelphia Phillies in 1912 and sold to the Cincinnati Reds for the 1914 season. Over his five year career, he batted .295 with 507 hits and 12 homers. Prior to his baseball career, he graduated from the University of Toronto with an M.D.
