Mac Arthur Sonny Johnson 69, passed away after a lengthy illness. he and his family resided in Marion, Arkansas for many years. everyone called him Sonny. in 1962 he married Donna Jane Clay. they had 3 children. he was preceded in death by his daughter Tammy Johnson Morgan. his parents Dan and Alma Johnson. a brother Bo Johnson, sisters Ruby Guy and Shelby McLean. he was survived by his wife of 52 years Donna Jane Johnson. 2 sons Terry Johnson and Barry Johnson. son-in-law David Morgan all of Marion, Ar. grandchildren :Lance Morgan, Sarah Michelle Merritte, Skylar Johnson, Kyle Johnson, Cody Johnson and more grandchildren and great-grandchildren. a sister Brenda Turner of West Memphis, Arkansas. Memorial services were held Saturday May 17th 2014 at Crossroads Baptist Church in Hughes, Arkansas where Sonny and his family attended church.
