LIBERTY, Oct. 12. - N. O. (Nick) Overman, 52, died this afternoon at Duke hospital, Durham, just after he had arrived there in an ambulance, Mr. Overman, a farmer and merchant of Liberty, route 3, had been suffering with heart trouble for two months. He is survived by his wife, the former Miss Violet Kivett; four sons, Raymond, Henry, General and Roger Overman, all of the home; two daughters, Marie and Velma Overman, home; and one half-brother, John Overman, Liberty. No funeral plans had been made tonight.
