Elizabeth was the daughter of Jacob Rothfuss and Minnie Fralich. On 25 Jul 1893 she married Lawrence Reinhardt and they had nine children: Frederick, Albert, George, Barbara, Lena, Rudolph, Theodore, Lillian and Francis. Both she and Lawrence were murdered after a dispute with a neighbor. She died of the gunshot wound that she received. Elizabeth was 45.
