He enjoyed researching and collecting antiques, hunting, being outdoors, spending time with his granddaughters and had a great sense of humor.
He is survived by a son, Tim (Jane) Wertelusky, of Green Bay; a daughter, Kelly (Brian) Thoe, of DePere; Tim and Kelly's mother, Margaret Gorring and two granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister and brother-in-law, June (Jim) Eggner.
Visitation was held Monday, July 7 at Berth and Rosenthal Funeral Home from 1 p.m. until time of services at 3 p.m.
