William "Billy" Francis Isaacs, 65, passed away Monday, July 21, 2014 at the Compassionate Care Center. Mr. Isaacs was born in Madison County on November 15, 1948 to George and Anna Ray Isaacs. He had worked as a painter and was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include: his son: William "Willie" Isaacs; two daughters: Angel Lynn Bishop and her fiancé, Thomas Strange and Billie "B.J." Ruppe; his step daughter: Lori Wood, all of Richmond; his brother: James Martin "Jimmy" (Faye) Isaacs; twelve grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren with two more expected soon.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Isaacs was preceded in death by his son: David Luke Isaacs; his sister Wanda Isaacs and five brothers: Roy Isaacs, David Isaacs, Wayne Lee Isaacs, George Thomas, Sr. and Charles Thomas.
Funeral Services at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Bro. Artie Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in the Pilot Knob Cemetery.
