Pfc. U.S. Army, {US54815338}, Vietnam War-Pfc. Dudek was killed in action by small arms fire near Tri Dao on 1-15-1968 while serving as a Medical NCO with the HHC of the 1st Battalion, 69th Armor, 4th Infantry Division. Pfc. Dudek started his tour of Vietnam on 8-17-1967.

He is the son of Mrs. Marian S. Dudek of 5400 South Paulina Street, Chicago, Illinois.

Awards: Bronze Star Medal. Purple Heart Medal, Combat Medical Badge, Vietnam Service Medal with One Service Star, Vietnam Campaign Medal, National Defense Service Medal Army Good Conduct Medal.
