Mrs. Juanita O'Neil Duffy Kerr, 63, of 212 North Vine Street, Carmichaels, died at 10:45 pm Thursday, March 14,1974 in West Virginia University Medical Center, Morgantown, after a brief illness. She was born July 18, 1910 in West Virginia, but lived most of her life in the Carmichaels community. She was married to Ruben Kerr April 20, 1929, who survives. Mrs. Kerr was employed as a registered nurse at the Western State School and Hospital at Canonsburg. Surviving in addition to her husband are four daughters, Mrs. Louis (Jean) Busly, Claremore, Okla; Mrs. Frank (Juanita) Hall of Canonsburg; Mrs. Dan (Ruby) Rapchak of Avon Lake, Ohio; and Mrs. Robert (Ruth) Clark of Land O'Lakes, Fla; four sons, Charles L Kerr and William R Kerr, both of Lorraine, Ohio; John H Kerr of Auburn, Wash; and David H Kerr of Carmichaels; 24 grandchildren; and a brother, Donald Duffy of Carrollton, Ohio.
