Mr. Cullen Ray Adams, 59, of Rt. 1, Crestview, Fla. died Wednesday night in a Crestview hospital. Mr. Adams was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Dorcas Assembly of God Church. Survivors include his widow, Ida Adams; three sons, David Adams, Michael Adams and Danny Adams, all of Crestview; a daughter, Madalyn Castner of Selfner, Fla.; four brothers, W. R. Adams, Joel L. Adams and L. O. Adams, all of Laurel, Hill, Fla. and Ream Adams of Jasper, Fla.; three sisters, Mrs. M. A. Dorsev. Mrs. John Downess and Mrs. G. V. Faulkner, all of Laurel Hill and three grandchildren.
