Mrs. Virginia Oliverio, 95 years of age of Lawman Avenue, Bridgeport, WV, died on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at the Genesis Salem Center, Salem, WV. She was born November 18, 1918 in Haywood, WV, the daughter of the late Larry and Catherine Chiera Bumbledare.

Mrs. Oliverio is survived by a step-daughter, Connie Salvio of Bridgeport, WV; two grandchildren, Michelle Tice and husband Thomas of Lost Creek, WV and Michael Salvio of Clarksburg, WV; one great granddaughter, Heather Keyser of Bridgeport, WV and one sister, Genevieve Mahoney of Columbus, OH.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis P. Oliverio.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph and Jimmy Bumbledare and five sisters, Pauline Hise, Nellie Flanigan, Rosie Oliverio, Angeline Sutton and Mary Bumbledare.

Virginia and her husband owned and operated Deluxe Cleaners in Bridgeport. She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church and was a fifty-year member of the Bridgeport Women's Club.

Friends will be received at the Ford Funeral Home, 215 East Main Street, Bridgeport, WV on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. A Vigil Service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 7:30 PM. A private Catholic Funeral Liturgy will be held at a later date in All Saints Catholic Church.
