Kina (Granny Kina) Littlejohn, 94, of Cherokee, NC went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October, 14, 2014 following an extended illness while staying at the Tsali Care Center.

She was the daughter of the late Jasper Queen and Luzene (Reed) Queen.

She was a Home Maker but was known to most as Granny Kina due to her loving, teaching and fostering of many children in the community through being a day care worker and foster parent.

She is survived by her children Mose Oocumma (wife Peggy), Annie Oocumma, Peggy "Dollie" Littlejohn, Ali-sha Stephens (husband Jake), Henry Queen Littlejohn, Joe Oocumma, Clint Oocumma (wife Cassandra), Norma Davidson and Susan Oocumma; siblings, Henry Queen and Myrtle Bird; 21 grandchildren; 31 Great-grandchildren; 3 Great-great grandchildren.

Kina is preceded in death by a son, Levi Oocumma; grandchildren, Kina-Marie Littlejohn and Kina Darlene Youngdog; brothers, Blaine, Jesse, Tom and Luis Queen; sisters, Eva Wolfe, Annie Powell and Minnie Smith.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Bethabara Baptist Church starting at 4pm.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 1pm.

Burial will be at Littlejohn Cemetery.

Family will act as Pall Bearers.

Pastor Eddie Sherrill, Pastor James "Bo" Parris and Pastor Richard Duke will officiate.
