Mrs. Carmon died at 8:11 p.m. Monday at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.
A native of Kankakee County, Ill., Mrs. Carmon was a member of Ohio Valley Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband of 55 years, Alton R. Carmon; two sons, Alton Carmon Jr.and Donald Carmon; one stepson, Dennis Lutomski; four daughters, Pat Bailey, Betty Crawford, Linda Barton and Regina Egnerter; three sisters, Mary Pemberton, Joyce Beasley and Melody Dennis; two brothers, Melvin and Joe Loveland; 21 grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Carmon was preceded in death by one son, Rickie Carmon; two brothers; and one granddaughter. Her parents were Amos Loveland and Mamie Peano Loveland Boyce. Her stepfather was Walter Boyce.
